📣 Pre-Season Update: What’s New + Volunteer Sign-Ups!
Parent volunteers are the backbone of our Northern Vermont USASA community. From check-in and bib draw to starting, tabulating, and keeping things running smoothly, we couldn’t do this without our parent squad.
This season, we’d love to have even more parents join the fun and save some money while doing it! If you’re a parent of a competing athlete, we’ll waive your athlete’s entry fee and provide a compensated lift ticket for the event day. Volunteer roles vary in size and location and are super amenable to still being able to watch your athlete compete.

🗓️ Season Highlights
We’re returning to Sugarbush for a Slopestyle, hosting an early-season Rail Jam at Stowe by the Gondola at their early-season Hike Park, and heading to Killington for another Slopestyle (already filling up fast!).
I’m still in contact with Smugglers’ Notch, thinking outside the box to make a race day happen. I know how important races are to our community, and I’m doing everything I can to get something on the books.
We’re also adding more robust sponsors this season to offer a wider range of prizes and celebrate our local partners.
We now have a year-round merch site at nvt-usasa.square.site featuring new NVT products like tote bags and bandanas as well as some sweatpants and sweatshirts as well.
All proceeds will go directly to our partnership with the Chill Foundation, helping make snowboarding and freeskiing more accessible through our scholarship fund.
Looking forward to seeing everyone out there and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you all for making our community so special.
